Helping You Find Hope and Take Flight

I’m Tracy, a therapist passionate about helping people transform their lives. Therapy is a journey, and I’m here to guide you from a place where things feel heavy, even hopeless, to a place where you have the tools and confidence to make the changes you want. I specialise in grief and loss therapies, working holistically to take all aspects of your life into account—whether it’s your emotions, thoughts, behaviours, or physical well-being. Together, we’ll explore why now might be the right time for therapy and focus on equipping you with the skills to navigate your challenges.

Think of it like a bird with a damaged wing. Therapy helps you heal, learn to fly again, and eventually feel strong enough to take flight on your own.

My approach and specialisms:

I use the humanistic integrative therapeutic approach, which is the long way of saying my approach considers a person as a whole, including their mind, body, spirit, feelings, and soul. I don’t just focus on one area of your life. Your experiences, behaviours, thoughts, emotions, and even your habits like eating and sleeping are all part of the bigger picture we’ll explore together. Therapy is a process—it’s about more than just fixing what feels broken. It’s about understanding yourself, healing at your own pace, and learning the skills to move forward.

  • Managing Anxiety and Stress: Learn tools to calm your mind and find inner peace.

  • Improving Relationships: Build stronger connections and communication skills with loved ones.

  • Navigating Life Changes: Get support through transitions like career shifts, loss, or personal growth.

I specialise in baby and child loss/bereavement, I feel passionately about breaking the taboo around infant death and supporting families after a baby/child has died and through subsequent pregnancies. Going through life after your baby or child has died may often leave you feeling isolated and alone.

You might feel that friends treat you differently, or you may feel anxious about a new pregnancy and what the future holds.  I work with parents that have experienced baby loss and pregnancy after a loss, our initial sessions will provide a space where you can explore your feelings and gain an understanding of your experience without fear of judgement or isolation.

"[Tracy] completely changed my mindset and I have never been happier"

Tracy helped me on and off over the course of 2 years with many different issues, mainly grief. I always felt comfortable pausing therapy and coming back. From having a previous therapist, I knew from the first meeting with Tracy that she was going to be great. The way Tracy has helped me question and understand the situations I face(ed) has completely changed my mindset and I have never been happier as a person. Tracy is a fantastic therapist and asks the questions needed whilst always being supportive and warm. I would thoroughly recommended Tracy and I am sad to no longer need her - a testament to Tracy!."

It's hard to put into words how much this wonderful lady has changed my life for the better. She helped me along a journey of self discovery, gave me the skills to believe in myself again, helped me to rebuild when I was at my lowest point, I laughed and cried along the way, remembered things I'd suppressed, and I came out a stronger, happier person on the other side. I am so incredibly thankful that I got to meet and spend time with Tracy each week, I wouldn't be the person I am today without her.
